A greener way of doing business
Built to work with the intensive Maltese climate, and developed specifically to meet the rigorous standards set by the prestigious BREEAM Excellence board, care has been taken to develop Trident Park in a way that reduces the impact of traditional office buildings and provides a world-class business campus with all amenities included, and less of the carbon footprint required.
Light, light and more light!
New roof openings and geometric windows flood Trident Park with natural light, reducing the need for harsh overhead bulbs and high-powered beams.
Green lungs in grey buildings
Only 43% of Trident Park is buildings: the rest is landscaped gardens and courtyards, filled with indigenous greenery.
Life is about more than just work
Trident Park is built with employee satisfaction at the core. An on-site gym, childcare centre, and dental clinic take care of most of the pressing details of life outside of work, without having to get into your car.
Central location, easy access
Whether you choose to drive, take a taxi, or use public transport, Trident Park is eminently easy to get to, with dedicated bus routes stopping right outside the park, and a 700-space car park with bike and EV charging points included.
Healthy and collaborative culture
An urban workplace, built for sharing. Designed with the historical layout of Knights Templar’s palaces in mind, each interconnected office is a place of collaboration, creativity, and knowing your neighbour.
BREEAM-Certified
Better for you
The BREEAM Certification is a world-class sustainability assessment that measures the performance of buildings, and helps eco-conscious businesses meet and exceed their sustainability goals without compromising performance.
Trident Park’s development has been in accordance with BREEAM-certified best practices. The car park is cooled through natural ventilation, created out of a series of latticed concrete blocks. The building itself is cooled through a series of chilled water pipes embedded throughout the office slabs, and each window is sheltered with a concrete ‘fin’ that allows for an abundance of natural light without the accompanying heat.
Furthermore, only 43% of Trident Park has been developed. The remaining 57% has been turned into landscaped gardens and green areas, supporting biodiversity within the office park, while also providing a much-needed lung in the centre of the Central Business District.
